i think Jimmy did the right thing. All he had to do was say "yes" and he would have gotten the tittle of fasts rope climbing in his school . He probably new that he he had said yes, he would have been in newspapers, he would have been popular, and he would have a big trophy. he would have had all that but he knew that if he had said yes, he would have lived with guilt his entire life, he would have rather tell the truth and said no and live happy than to have lied and said yes and would have to live with the guilt his intire life.
